How did you get into Bartending?

I get into bartending around four years ago, I was fascinated about this world, where you can put all your ideas into it, you can make something than amazing, making people happy, and maybe change life to someone.

Any tips to pass a Bartender job interview?

Be happy to what you have and what you doing, be proud and definitely,  BE YOURSELF.

What’s your favorite cocktail to make?

Classic Negroni As an Italian, all the time that I make a Negroni I fell really emotional.

What are your bar essentials? 

Charisma, creativity, efficiency, craziness, knowledge are a few of my essentials to be a bartender and work on this amazing stage.

What according to you are London’s Secret bars?

London is the capital of cocktails bars and secret bars; I think in these days the words "secret bars" is used just to put curiosity in people mind and that is an amazing business idea. But if you look at the style of this bar,is lovely how you can back in the ‘20s and enjoy the real atmosphere.

Where and what you drink when not working?

Usually when I am not working, love drinks a nice pint of stout beer with my lovely girlfriend.

Your favorite places to get happy hour deals?

To get the best happy hour deals now, you have just to walk around the West End nearly most of these amazing bars and pubs give you lovely happy hour deals.

Your favorite nightclubs?

About myself I don't really like a nightclub, but I can give you some good names: Coya and Anabelle; both in Mayfair.

What’s the most underrated cocktail ingredient or spirit?

For my experience is Mezcal, these amazing agave sports from Mexico, have a nice story behind that, but most of the people pay attention just about the other Mexican spirit; Tequila.
